Ken Harper, who hails from faraway Kinistino, Saskatchewan, has been in organized real estate with LSTAR since 1984 and has served on the Board of Directors for many years, including as President in 2004. He has chaired the Nomination Committee, the Executive Committee, the MLSŽ Systems Committee, the Filogix DMS Work Group and the Electoral Procedures Task Force. His committees include the Computer, Nomination and Bonspiel Committees; he has served on the Arbitration Panel, on the Brokers Advisory Group, the PAC Advisory Group and the Data Management Advisory Group, and on the following task forces: Disaster Plan, Staff Benefits Review, Y2K, TouchBase, Grand Theatre, Leadership Recruitment and Branding. In 2010, he continues to sit on the Brokers Issues Advisory Group and the Leadership Recruitment Task Force.

Ken and his wife Sylvia live in Old South London. In his spare time this Director enjoys curling, woodworking and genealogy.
