A native of Cambridge Ontario, Jack became a REALTORŽ in 1976, joining LSTAR in 1979. He served as the first Chairperson of LSTAR's Regional Commercial Council back in 2004 and continued to sit on the RCC's Executive through 2008. A former President of the Marketing Division as well as of LSTAR, Jack's record of service includes the following committees, task forces and advisory groups: Commercial, Executive, Finance, Nomination, Property Management, Computer, Voting Structure, Industry Issues, Community Relations, Christmas Gala, Grand Theatre, Leadership Recruitment, and Quality of Life. He has also sat on the Ontario Real Estate Association's Building and Renovation Committee and is a Fellow of the REALTORS Care Foundation.

In 2012 Jack sits on the Executive Committee, serves as PAC Representative, chairs the Nomination Committee and the Industry Issues and the Recruitment Advisory Groups, and sits on the Quality of Life Task Force.
