Barb, a native of Winnipeg, Manitoba, joined LSTAR as a salesperson in 1990, the same year she became a REALTOR®. She has previously served as a Director and has also sat on or chaired a number of committees and task forces. These include: the Finance and Executive Committees; the Key Box, Rules & Regs, TouchBase, Leadership Recruitment, iLookabout and Buyer Agency Task Forces, the Filogix DMS Work Group, and the Home at Last Subcommittee, as well as the Children’s Christmas Party and Slo Pitch Committee. She has also sat on the Ontario Real Estate Association (OREA)’s Education Committee for three terms, as well as its Communications Committee. Barb received an Outstanding Service Award in 2002.

In addition to sitting ex officio on all LSTAR Committees, Task Forces and Advisory Groups in 2012, Barb currently chairs the Executive Committee as well as LSTAR's new Training and Education Task Force. She also sits on OREA's Leadership Committee.
