Criteria

Judging for the Don Smith Commercial Building Awards is based on the evaluation of eligible applications for properties within the jurisdiction of the London and St. Thomas Association of REALTORS® (includes Middlesex and Elgin Counties). Projects are required to have been completed between January 2007 and June 2009. Nominations closed on September 30, 2009.

The initial categories for the 2009 Don Smith Commercial Building Awards are:
• Commercial (including retail and office buildings);
• Industrial;
• Institutional; and
• Multifamily
