Internet Data Exchange Program

In 2003, the London and St. Thomas Association of REALTORS® became the first real estate board in Ontario and the second in Canada to offer consumers, through its Members’ web sites, online access to what amounts to ninety-nine percent (99%) of its entire database of listings – smart-framed, current and real time – on each and every participating Member’s website. Since the vast majority of Members participate in our Internet Data Exchange Program or IDX, that means one-stop shopping for consumers.
