Adam Miller, President

Adam Miller is the 2023 President of the London and St. Thomas Association of REALTORS® (LSTAR). He became a REALTOR® in 2004 and joined the LSTAR Board of Directors in 2017.
Adam sits on the Executive, Finance, Governance, Political Affairs, and Nomination Committees, as well as the Interboard Relations Task Force. He serves as Chair of the Salvation Army Kettle Drive in St. Thomas. Adam has previously served as Chair of the Education Committee and LSTAR’s Annual Children’s Christmas Party.
Originally from London, Ontario, Adam has previously served on the boards of Glen Cairn Community Resource Centre and Parkinson Society Southwestern Ontario.
Randy Pawlowski, Past President

As a long-time Londoner from a very young age and growing up in a family of REALTORS®, Randy joined both LSTAR and the London Home Builders’ Association (LHBA) in 1996. He is the Past President, after serving as LSTAR President in 2022.
This year Randy is celebrating his 27th year of practice as a certified new home sales professional and accredited seniors' agent.
Randy’s community involvement includes the YMCA, Boys and Girls Club of London, Habitat for Humanity, The Salvation Army, and the Mt. Brydges Hockey Association.
Currently he is serving on LSTAR’s Executive, Finance, Governance and Political Affairs Committees. Previously he has chaired LSTAR's Arbitration Committee and its Audit Committee. Randy has been an LSTAR Director since 2015.
Kathy Amess, President-Elect

Kathy Amess became a REALTOR® in 1993 and joined the LSTAR Board of Directors in 2020. She is LSTAR’s 2023 President-Elect.
Kathy currently serves on the Ontario Real Estate Association’s (OREA) Arbitration and Appeals Committee. She is the Chair of LSTAR’s Brokers Issues Advisory Group, Arbitration and Nomination Committees, as well as the LSTAR Charity Golf Tournament.
Kathy serves on LSTAR’s Executive, Finance and Audit Committees, as well as its Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Task Force. She has previously served on LSTAR’s Discipline Committee, Professional Standards Committee and MLS® Applications Committee.
Originally from London, Ontario, Kathy has been a long-time supporter of the community with a particular emphasis on organizations that support mental health and addiction services.
Joan Ball, Director

Joan Ball became a REALTOR® in 1993 and joined the LSTAR Board of Directors in 2021.
Joan currently serves on LSTAR’s Professional Standards, Audit and Risk Management, and Nomination Committees and has previously served on LSTAR’s Gala Committee. She holds the Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES®) and Accredited Senior Agent (ASA) designations.
Joan has also earned a professional certificate in Management, Leadership and Decision Making through the National Certificate Program in Volunteering and Nonprofit Sector Management at Western University.
Originally from Peterborough, Ontario, Joan has served on the Board of Directors for Youth Opportunities Unlimited (YOU), London and Middlesex Housing Corporation (LMHC), London and District Crime Stoppers, London Condominium Corporation III, Niigwin Skills Development and Placement Centre, and London Childbirth Education Association.
Since 1998, Joan has served as the real estate contributor on NewsTalk 1290 CJBK’s radio show, "Ask the Experts", offering insights on all aspects of home ownership while advocating on behalf of REALTORS® and the industries involved in a real estate transaction.
Joan has volunteered at several organizations, including Habitat for Humanity, Make-A-Wish Foundation, and Royal LePage Shelter Foundation.
Neda Beaulac, Director

Neda Beaulac became a REALTOR® in 2014 and joined the LSTAR Board of Directors in 2023.
Neda currently sits on LSTAR’s Professional Standards Committee, which she has served since 2022 and holds the Accredited Elite Advocate designation.
Originally from Tehran, Iran, when her family moved to Canada in 1996, she moved to London to obtain her Bachelor of Engineering Science degree in electrical engineering from Western University. She is a P.Eng licence holder and member of Professional Engineers Ontario.
Neda has volunteered for more than 10 years with Forest City Road Races, which raises funds for the Thames Valley Children’s Centre.
She has also held various volunteer positions with her children’s Hockey teams.

Lisa joined the LSTAR Board of Directors in 2021, and is the Chair of LSTAR’s Commercial Committee, which she has served since 2019.
She is a member of the London Property Management Association (LPMA), the Federation of Rental-Housing Providers of Ontario (FRPO) and the London and District Construction Association (LDCA).
Her focus in real estate is investment sales, multi-family and apartments, as well as land development and infill sites.
Dale Marsh, Director

Dale was born and raised in Clinton, Ontario and moved to London in 1994. He trained as a Survey Technician at Fanshawe College and holds an Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR®) designation.
Dale became a REALTOR® in 2006 and served on London and St. Thomas Association of REALTORS® (LSTAR) Board of Directors in 2013 and 2014. Dale joined the LSTAR Board of Directors again in 2018.
He is the Chair of the LSTAR’s Community Engagement Committee and also sits on its Discipline Committee. Dale previously served on LSTAR’s Professional Standards Committee, from 2013 to 2021. LSTAR honoured Dale as the recipient of the 2022 Ron Richardson Memorial Award, which recognizes organized real estate leadership, mentorship, professionalism, and community volunteerism, personifying the values of Ron Richardson, LSTAR’s three-time Past President of 1948, 1949 and 1959.
In the community, Dale coached soccer for the East London Soccer Club from 2008 to 2016, was a Scouts Canada leader for four years, has volunteered at the "Hockey Helps the Homeless" tournament for all five years the tournament has been hosted in London, participated in the LSTAR Salvation Army Christmas Kettle drive campaign for several years, and has helped raise money for Youth Opportunities Unlimited (Y.O.U.) and Merrymount. He enjoys running, cycling and various other sports.

Michelle Orsini became a REALTOR® in 2005 and joined the LSTAR Board of Directors in 2023.
Michelle is the Chair of LSTAR’s Professional Standards Committee, which she has served since 2018. She has also served on LSTAR’s Arbitration Committee, Education Committee, and Scholarship Advisory Group, as well as the LSTAR Christmas Gala Committee and Slo-Pitch Committee.
Born and raised in London, Ontario, Michelle holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and French from Western University. She is a Director-at-Large for the Elgin Middlesex Soccer Association and volunteers as team manager for the Mt. Brydges Boys U18 hockey team, which her son plays for.
Michelle has also volunteered as Lector at St. Mary’s Parish, treasurer for the London Devilettes Girls U13 BB hockey team and coach of the St. Andre Bessette Catholic Secondary School’s Junior Girls Basketball team.

Jenny Steward became a REALTOR® in 2010 and joined the LSTAR Board of Directors in 2023.
Jenny currently sits on LSTAR’s Education Committee and is the Chair of the LSTAR Christmas Gala Committee, which she has volunteered on since 2020. Jenny has also served as an LSTAR Education Instructor, teaching a variety of real estate technology-based classes to REALTOR® Members.
Jenny has volunteered and raised funds for Habitat for Humanity, Easter Seals and BGC London.
Originally from Cambridge, Ontario, Jenny has also demonstrated leadership and business acumen through her vast experience in retail and restaurant management.

Robin Tiller became a REALTOR® in 2011 and joined the LSTAR Board of Directors in 2022.
Robin currently sits on LSTAR’s Arbitration Committee, which she has served since 2021 and is a facilitator of the real estate education program for the Humber College Institute of Technology and Advanced Learning. She also serves on LSTAR’s Discipline Committee, Interboard Relations Task Force and Brokers Issues Advisory Group.
Originally from Ailsa Craig, Ontario, Robin holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Waterloo, as well as a Science Laboratory Technology diploma from Fanshawe College. Robin is Chair of the Strathroy BIA (Business Improvement Area) Board of Directors and is a member of the Grand Bend and Area Chamber of Commerce.
Since 2016, she has served as a community correspondent of the Grand Bend and Bayfield Area for The Staysh FauxPop Media, a weekly video featuring local businesses and community happenings.
Passionate about organizing local fairs and community events, Robin enjoys taking “road trips” that explore unique destinations and experiences all across Canada.
