Professional Services Coordinator
Reporting directly to the Director of Administration at the London and St. Thomas Association of REALTORS® (LSTAR), the Professional Services Coordinator will play a critical role in supporting the efficient operation of LSTAR by providing comprehensive administrative support, contributing to strategic projects, and assisting with the execution of significant annual events in collaboration with the Senior Manager of Events and Community Engagement. This position will also provide key administrative support to the LSTAR Leadership Team, ensuring alignment with the organization's strategic plan.
Responsibilities (But Not Limited To):
Administrative Tasks:
- Work alongside the Director of Administration to provide administrative support.
- Fulfill Front Desk Administrative needs.
- Fill member orders.
- Receive and send out shipments.
- Process payments and sales.
- Order inventory/general office supplies.
- Assist in maintaining the LSTAR Halls & Storage Areas.
- Assist Members and Non-Members where possible.
- Ordering Flowers/Baskets.
- Assist with yearly inventory.
- Posting notices on LSTAR’s MLS® System.
- Hall Rentals – book and organize setup.
- Arrange catering for meetings & help with set-up.
- Responsible for maintaining meeting tablets.
- Responsible for programming and maintaining office phone system.
- Support the development and implementation of new initiatives and projects as needed.
- General administrative duties including photocopying, filing and preparing travel packages, or other related task as assigned.
Membership Back-up:
- Onboarding new members.
- Onboarding new firms.
- Transferring and termination of members.
- REALTOR® profile updates & contact information updates.
- CREA ID support and troubleshooting.
- General membership information inquiries.
- Support the membership team during vacation season.
Events & Projects:
- Assist LSTAR’s Senior Manager of Events and Community Engagement with Annual Events where need be.
Job Skills and Knowledge

- Skilled Microsoft® Office user, particularly Word and Outlook.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Working Conditions
Full-time, salaried position, Monday to Friday, 8 hours per day with 1 hour paid lunch, 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. at LSTAR’s offices at 342 Commissioners Rd West in London, Ontario. The salary range for position is $45,000 to $51,000 annually, with two weeks of paid vacation the first year, three weeks of paid vacation in year two, followed by one additional day for every year employed at LSTAR up to a maximum of 30 days of paid vacation.
