LSTAR's 2022 Annual General Meeting & Trade Show took place on June 27, 2023, at the Best Western Lamplighter Inn and Conference Centre in London. During the official business segment of the 2022 Annual General Meeting, the proposed Bylaws of LSTAR were successfully passed, albeit with a single amendment. This amendment, now found in Article 1.14, places a restriction on unbudgeted expenditures by the LSTAR Board of Directors, capping them at $500,000. To be more precise, the amendment states, "No one-time unbudgeted expenditure exceeding $500,000.00 shall be authorized by the Directors without prior majority approval of the Members at a Meeting of the Members."

Following the conclusion of the business proceedings, two longstanding Association Members received well-deserved recognition. Jack Lane from Oak & Key Real Estate Brokerage was honoured with the prestigious 2023 Lyn Coupland Award for Outstanding Service, showcasing his exceptional contributions. Glen Gordon of Glen Gordon Real Estate, on the other hand, was bestowed with the 2023 Ron Richardson Memorial Award for his exceptional dedication to volunteerism.
