LSTAR is hosting a series of Member Town Halls to get your feedback on the proposed changes to its Bylaws and Policies. The first Town Hall is scheduled to take place virtually on Thursday, April 20th, between 10:30 am and 12:00 pm.

Background Information on the Bylaw Review
Back in December, the LSTAR Governance Committee recommended and the LSTAR Board of Directors approved that an external consultant be engaged to complete a thorough review of the LSTAR Bylaws and make recommendations for revisions, with the project to be completed by June 1st, 2023, at a cost not to exceed $25,000.
LSTAR has engaged tng Consulting to complete this review. On June 27th, at LSTAR's Annual General Meeting, you will be asked to ratify the proposed changes to the LSTAR Bylaws. Please note that one of the main changes includes moving Operation Processes from Bylaws to LSTAR Policies.
