On May 28th, PropTx pulled the remaining active listings from the ITSO MLS® System.
Here are some important key points for awareness:
- The cut-off for ITSO active listings to be imported was May 27, 2024.
- Deleted active listings that were previously imported into PropTx were NOT reimported.
- PropTx will provide LSTAR a list of listings with a status discrepancy between the ITSO MLS® System and the PropTx MLS® System.
- If a listing is available on both PropTx and ITSO, the PropTx listing WILL NOT be overwritten if it was edited by a user.
- Top-up of unavailable listings will be imported into PropTx (solds, expireds, etc.).
- Net-new ITSO listings to be imported into PropTx.
- This will be the last import of active listings. All new LSTAR listings must be loaded onto the PropTx MLS® System by all LSTAR Brokerages effective immediately.
- Members may continue to load listings on the ITSO MLS® System on an optional basis until June 30th.
- Members will now need to manage their listings on the PropTx MLS® System.
- On July 15th, all active LSTAR listings on the ITSO MLS® System and all ITSO services will be terminated.
Despite best efforts to minimize duplications, this may occur. If you notice your listing is duplicated in the PropTx MLS® System, this can be reported to mls [at] lstar.ca (mls[at]lstar[dot]ca).
