Starting June 4th, all active LSTAR listings will be sent to REALTOR.ca ONLY from the PropTx MLS® System. Listings will no longer be sent from the ITSO MLS® System to REALTOR.ca.
However, if you still choose to have active listings on the ITSO MLS® System, you will still need to maintain the data.
How will this impact Membership and listing information?
- The last upload from ITSO to CREA will take place just before midnight on June 2nd.
- The first upload from PropTx to CREA will take place Tuesday, June 4th, in the afternoon if no complications occur.
- Between June 2nd and June 4th, information on REALTOR.ca for LSTAR Members will not be updated. This includes new Brokerages, Agents, or Listings. Changes to existing Brokerages, Agents and Listings will be unchanged on REALTOR.ca until CREA has completed all necessary work and testing on their end.
- DDF Feeds could become stale until end of day on June 4th, or it could cause empty DDF Feeds until end of day on June 4th.
On July 15th, all active LSTAR listings on the ITSO MLS® System and all ITSO services will be terminated. If you wish to have your listing on the ITSO MLS® System after July 15th, you will need to interboard with a Member Board of ITSO. The Huron Perth Association of REALTORS® and Woodstock Ingersoll Tillsonburg & Area Association of REALTORS® will be offering interboarding at no cost within their jurisdiction
