If you require Supra Access to open a lockbox for showings, you will need to contact PropTx directly.

Already a PropTx Member?
As of August 28, all PropTx users were granted Supra Access directly through the BrokerBay / Supra One mobile app:
- If you already use the BrokerBay App, follow the user-friendly in-app prompts to set up your Access Key. For step-by-step instructions, watch this helpful video.
- If you are not currently a BrokerBay user, you will receive an email invitation to create a BrokerBay account, download the app, and set up your Access Key.
If you are still experiencing issues, please call your home Association for support.
