LSTAR is excited to present Imagine a Night Benefit & Gratitude Concert on Thursday, December 8th at the Aeolian Hall, featuring Indigenous Musicians, Artists and Storytellers.

This year's REALTOR® Christmas Kettle Drive will take place on Thursday, December 8th – in both London and St. Thomas – from 9:00 am to 8:00 pm, with 26 locations in London, and 6 locations in St. Thomas!  

To mark REALTORS Care® Week, LSTAR is thrilled to announce its 2022 Charity Golf Tournament raised more than $48,000 for The Grace Café, My Sisters’ Place, and Youth Opportunities Unlimited (YOU). The golf tournament fuels LSTAR’s overall community campaign giving total to more than $148,000 this year.

We are looking for four Captains and lots of Volunteers to help collect food for the London Food Bank, as part of the 2022 BusinessCares Food Drive.

Congratulations to Dale Marsh, the recipient of our first annual Ron Richardson Memorial Award! The name of the Award winner was unveiled at the 2023 Board of Directors Election Meeting on November 8, 2022.

In October 2022, the MLS® System of the London and St. Thomas Association of REALTORS® (LSTAR) saw 975 new listings and 504 home sales.

The number of homes sold in the jurisdiction of the London and St. Thomas Association of REALTORS® (LSTAR) fell by 34.8% in August from the same month last year, but saw an increase over the previous month, which indicates a soft landing of the local real estate market.

LSTAR announced today that a total of $6,000 has been awarded to four outstanding students, as they take the next step in their educational journeys.
