The Last Import of Active Listings was Completed on May 28th
On May 28th, PropTx pulled the remaining active listings from the ITSO MLS® System. Here are some important key points for awareness. READ MORE
Starting June 4th, Listings Will Only Be Sent from PropTx to REALTOR.ca
Starting June 4th, all active LSTAR listings will be sent to REALTOR.ca ONLY from the PropTx MLS® System. Listings will no longer be sent from the ITSO MLS® System to REALTOR.ca. However, if you still choose to have active listings on the ITSO MLS® System, you will still need to maintain the data.
If you wish to have your listing on the ITSO MLS® System after July 15th, you will need to interboard with a Member Board of ITSO. The Huron Perth Association of REALTORS® and Woodstock Ingersoll Tillsonburg & Area Association of REALTORS® will be offering interboarding at no cost within their jurisdiction. READ MORE
Learn About PropTx Tools HoodQ, ListTrac and Trenlii in Under 10 Minutes with LSTAR’s Micro-Learning Videos
As Members become acquainted with the PropTx MLS® ecosystem, you are encouraged to take the next step to customize your MLS® experience, so you can work smarter, not harder.
LSTAR’s trainers have developed several short tech tutorials to help you do just that! The latest videos cover new tools available through PropTx to help you better serve your clients and understand the market, check them out:
- ListTrac provides online activity reporting from Brokers, Office managers and REALTORS® on the performance of listings, including from Google Analytics, listing views, leads, shares, and favorites captured from major portals, real estate websites, and the MLS® system that you can brand and share with your Sellers.
- HoodQ is a portal with extensive hyper-local data that helps REALTORS® support their clients find the home that meets their needs, from school catchments and nearby amenities to transit and safety information. Homebuyers can access the portal directly or receive reports you generate on their behalf.
- Trenlii is a built-in tool for market analytics on a single property or as part of a Comparable Market Analysis (CMA).

LSTAR’s June Class Schedule - Many PropTx Classes Still Available!
Are you ready for the transition to PropTx? LSTAR continues to offer several complimentary technology-based classes, in addition to our mandatory Introduction to Organized Real Estate class. Please note that some of these courses are now taught in-person and can be taken in LSTAR's Computer Lab. Classes are also available online via Zoom.
To register for any LSTAR courses, log in to ITSO Matrix™, then click on the “Links” tab along the top of the main page of Matrix™. On the next page, scroll down to “Member Portal - Profile, Account/Payment, Education Registration”, and click the link.
Once you're on the LSTAR Member Portal, you'll see all available Learning Opportunities. Click the REGISTER button beside the name of the course that interests you.
To register for any LSTAR courses via the LSTAR Member Hub, click on REALTOR® Education and scroll down to “Upcoming LSTAR Learning Opportunities” to view the schedule.

Our London Family - Community Events and Activities Coming Up on June 6th
Thursday, June 6, 2024, marks three years since the horrific and devastating act of terrorism that took the lives of four members of Our London Family.
In commemoration of their memory, and to support the community in its journey to heal, members of the London Muslim community are hosting several events open to all members of the public.

PropTx: When Do I Have To Select My MLS® System of Choice?
Members will need to choose between the PropTx MLS® Matrix™ platform or the PropTx MLS® REALM™ platform before July 31, 2024. If a Member does not select prior to this date, the default will be REALM.
The ability to choose a system of choice will be open to Members two weeks prior to July 31st. LSTAR will send out a reminder closer to the date.

April Shows More Signs of Stabilization
In April, 710 homes exchanged hands via LSTAR's MLS® System, a slight decrease of 2.9% compared to the same month a year ago. Year to date, there have been 2,381 total sales, up 6.1% from the first four months of 2023. READ MORE HERE
