The London and St Thomas Association of REALTORS® (LSTAR) announced that home sales in the London-St. Thomas area continued at a healthy pace in August, with 892 homes exchanging hands.

The London and St Thomas Association of REALTORS® (LSTAR) today announced a total of $6,000 has been awarded to four outstanding students, supporting post-secondary endeavours as they take the next step in their educational journeys.

The London and St Thomas Association of REALTORS® (LSTAR) announced home sales achieved the best results ever for the month of June, since LSTAR began tracking sales data in 1978*. A total of 1,245 homes were sold in June, an increase of 9.9% over the same period last year.

The London and St Thomas Association of REALTORS® (LSTAR) Board of Directors is pleased to announce 2016 President Stacey Evoy has been honoured for her outstanding volunteer service to the community, awarded the Ontario REALTORS Care® Foundation Fellowship. Evoy received the honour this week at the Ontario Real Estate Association (OREA) 2017 Annual Conference in Toronto.

The London and St Thomas Association of REALTORS® (LSTAR) announced residential sales achieved its best February results ever, since LSTAR began tracking sales data in 1978. A total of 763 homes were sold in February, an increase of 17% over the same period last year.
