The London and St Thomas Association of REALTORS® (LSTAR) announced 536 homes* were sold in February, down 32.8% over the same period last year, which holds the record for best February results since LSTAR began tracking sales data in 1978.

London, ON – The London and St. Thomas Association of REALTORS® (LSTAR) announced 2017 marked a historic year for residential real estate, with home sales surpassing 10,000 for the first time since LSTAR began tracking data in 1978. In 2017, a total of 10,091 homes were sold, up 8.0% from 2016.

Meanwhile, year-to-date sales are up 9.1%, with a total of 10,790 homes sold, marking 2017 as the year with the highest number of residential sales since LSTAR began tracking data in 1978, with one more month to go.
